Wife Of Army Captain Who Died While Skyping Cries Foul

Army officials say Capt. Bruce Kevin Clark died of natural causes in Afghanistan while Skyping with his wife Susan, but Susan believes something more sinister happened and the Army is trying to cover it up.

According to the Daily Mail, Susan says her husband look alarmed just before falling to the ground. She immediately noticed what appeared to be a bullet hole in the closet door behind him and began to worry that he had been murdered.

As Susan tried to get in contact with someone in Afghanistan (over 8,000 miles away), she also called a member of the local military to her home. This individual confirmed that the hole she saw was indeed a bullet hole.

Mrs. Clark said she decided to go public with the bullet hole detail “to honor my husband and dispel the inaccurate information and supposition promulgated by other parties.”

Mariana Barry says her brother’s death is still incredibly confusing because not much information has been shared with the family. In fact, she says the Army called her sister-in-law last Tuesday and told her that there would be an investigation into the death of her husband, however they haven’t shared much else with her.

Capt. Clark worked as an Army nurse, which makes you wonder who would want to harm him and why? Is it possible the bullet hole was in the closet all along and Mrs. Clark only noticed it when her husband fell away from the camera? Is it possible the hole isn’t a bullet hole at all?

There are so many questions left unanswered, but it’s our hope that his family receives the answers they need in order to get some closure.

Capt. Clark is survived by his wife and two daughters.
