Which divorced celebrity is hooking up with his ex-wife even though he has a new girlfriend?

After a long and nasty divorce, you’d think this celebrity and his latest ex-wife would never want to see each other or interact again. Not so! Apparently he has hooked up with her twice, even though he’s settled in another relationship!

I immediately thought of Charlie Sheen, but I’m not convinced he ever he stopped hooking up with his latest ex-wife. Plus, he is never “settled” in any relationship. Honestly, that guy seems to always been hot and cold with Brooke Mueller and Denise Richards. Come to think of it, my guess is horrible!
