‘Game Of Thrones’ Wins At Emmys
September 19, 2011
The popular HBO series Game of Thrones won two awards at the 2011 Emmy Awards, which is great – but we happen to think the show deserved a little more recognition. But not everyone can be a winner so we’ll try to be happy with the two awards, for now. After all, this was the very first season Game of Thrones aired on HBO, so there’s a good chance the series will pick up more awards next year.
Either way, Peter Dinklage (Tyrion Lannister) won for Outstanding Supporting Actor in a Drama Series and the creative designers won for Outstanding Main Title Design.
We love Peter and we also love the main title sequence. It’s beautiful.
Congratulations to everyone working on this amazing show. Keep up the good work!
