David Letterman Gets A Death Threat

David Letterman received a death threat from a jihadist named Umar al-Basrawit because the Late Show host poked fun at Al Qaeda leader Illyas Kashmiri after he was killed.

According to People, Umar described David as “a sick Jew with defined features” and asked followers to “cut the tongue of the lowly Jew and shut it forever.”

That’s pretty harsh, but this isn’t the first time extremists have threatened people simply because they poked fun at their expense.

I’m starting to think extremists have no sense of humor. Or do they? According to Seth MacFarlane, creator of Family Guy, the answer is yes.
