Bethenny Frankel Embarks On New Business Venture
July 22, 2011
Bethenny Frankel is embarking on a new business venture in skin care because she feels it’s important for women to be able to buy products that are affordable.
According to People [via WWD], Bethenny is working with Lotta Luv to create a new line of Skinnygirl products for working women and moms who are sick and tired of spending tons of money of skin care.
“Skin care can be confusing and I want to be straightforward,” says Bethenny. “A $150 eye cream is ridiculous and absurd.”
We agree. Skin care shouldn’t cost that much money. What is it made of anyway, gold and silver?
Here’s more information about the products Bethenny will introduce this fall:
The new products, available at Wal-Mart stores starting in November, will include an assortment of lip treatments, face solutions, body solutions and gift sets with an emphasis on problem-solving products like shimmer plumping lip gloss, detox face masks and a gradual tanning body shimmer.
Bethenny really seems to know what women want, which is exactly why she’s such a successful business woman.
Jill Zarin should have paid better attention.
What do you think?
