Anthony Weiner Resigns (Video)

Anthony Weiner officially resigned from Congress this afternoon and as you can see from the video below, the crowd was very happy to hear the news. In fact, while Weiner was trying to get through his speech, several hecklers made sure their voice was heard. At one point you can hear someone yell, “Yeah! Bye-bye pervert!”

Although Weiner continued to talk through the heckling, which made it hard to hear exactly what they were saying, one heckler made sure he was heard. If you listen closely, you can hear one persistent man scream “Why were you fooling around, the people demand to know!”

Honestly, do we really need to know? Isn’t it obvious?

Clearly, Weiner has some issues. Who knows, maybe Weiner is going through a mid-life crisis, was feeling a bit self conscious, and felt the need to get attention from someone other than his wife. Unfortunately, Weiner wasn’t thinking with his brain when he made the decision to take sexual photos of himself and send them off into the great unknown, to women he barely knew and definitely couldn’t trust.

Right now, Weiner just needs to try and salvage what’s left of his marriage. As you may know, his wife Huma Abedin did not attend the press conference. She was probably at home packing up his stuff.
