Lauren Conrad Launches Beauty Website

Lauren Conrad may no longer be appearing on your TV once a week, but the reality starlet is still hard at work. According to People, Conrad has launched a new website called thebeautydepartment.com, which provides visitors with beauty tips and tricks.
“Growing up, I never really learned how to do my hair and makeup correctly and the results weren’t always great,” Conrad said in a release. “Our goal with The Beauty Department is to provide girls and young women with a basic how-to of simplified versions of popular trends and styles that they can recreate themselves.”
This website will likely be a huge hit due to Conrad’s trend setting looks and popular fashion line. Maybe this website will turn out to be just what the budding fashion icon needs to find a new home for her canceled reality show, which followed her as she worked on her upcoming fashion line.
My hope is her already filmed reality series will find a new home on E! or Bravo. Fingers crossed.
