Russian Tourist Attacked By Shark In Mexico

A female tourist, believed to be from Russia, was attacked by a shark about 100 feet from the sandy beach of Gaviotas near Cancun, Mexico, reports AOL News.

The female tourist was warned not to enter the water due to shark activity, but chose to enter anyway. She was bitten on her foot.

This is the second shark attack upon a tourist in Mexico this year.
