Anderson Cooper Attacked In Egypt

According to CNN, Anderson Cooper and his crew were attacked by protesters in Egypt. Apparently, Anderson was hit in the head “several times” but thankfully everyone made it to safety and no one was seriously injured.

I understand the need to cover breaking news and I can see how being on the front line makes for good TV, but are the ratings worth it? I honestly don’t know.
